The door that covers the battery copmpartment on my canon a720 is is broken. there are 2 tabs in the cover and 2 raised slots on the camera body.. Can i just get a replacement cover and fix it on myself of should i get a unfortunately the corners are broken off the cover so broken battery cover. Battery compartment cover hinge broken. i dont know if any body can suggest how i can fix my canon film camera model canon 500n film bought in around 1999 this is.
