sony vaio battery care function download windows 7

After i upgraded from windows 7 to windows 8 the battery care function is missing on my sony vaio s, http://support.vaio.sony.eu/computing/vaio/flash/hub_cons.html .. ... i am not able to see any options for battery/power in vaio when you upgraded to windows 7 did you install the sony how to disable battery care function.. Vaio care update version 8.1.0.10120. article id:525706(modified 23 nov 2012).
